Claude Oliver Phillips is the picture perfect image of past time & modern day success. Born and raised in the south side section of Memphis, TN...Claude grew up in a rough community where back then, privileges for young black men were very limited. In spite of this, he was still able to escape the statistics of those times and expand upon higher grounds amongst the ever growing population and its modern day culture.
Claude has always been an intriguing figure locally, nationally, and now internationally.
